Operations Clerk Pension Fund (with specialist responsibility), 80-100% # What awaits you ### • You will independently and with high quality process the diverse business cases in the area of the active insured persons of our collective foundations and ensure correct, efficient, and timely processing. • You will competently advise insured persons and employers on pension topics and support them with complex questions regarding occupational pension schemes. • You will independently and efficiently process demanding written and telephone inquiries from customers, thereby contributing significantly to high customer satisfaction. • You will actively participate in projects, contribute your own ideas, and support the further development of our services and processes. • Depending on commitment, interest, and development, you will gradually take on personal specialist responsibility and position yourself as an internal specialist.
