Your tasks

• Co-design, product-strategic management, and operational administration of our print product portfolio
• Depending on seniority, deputy leadership of the team or motivation to grow into the role.
• Close cooperation with the Revenue Manager for the joint development and implementation of successful marketing concepts as well as the optimal coordination of prices and sales channels.
• Preparation of decision templates for the divisional and executive management as well as collaboration in preparing the basis for the strategic further development of the print business.
• (Co-)management of projects for the further development of our existing print products as well as support for new launches.
• Data & analyses: KPI-based product management and monitoring.
• Management and implementation of cooperations as well as sales-promoting sales measures in close coordination with partners.
• Ensuring high quality management along the entire value chain.

Your profile

• Degree in business administration, media and communication sciences or a comparable education
• Further training in product management, (digital) marketing, project management or media management (e.g., CAS/MAS) is a great plus.
• Several years of sound professional experience in product management with proven performance in the analysis and further development of (ideally printed) media products.
• High affinity for print products as well as a good basic understanding of the processes in the production and distribution of print media.
• Very independent, structured and responsible way of working with a pronounced understanding of operational and economic contexts.
• Initial experience in project management is a great plus.
• Stylistically proficient German (C2) as well as good English skills.
• You are a strong communicator, act with commitment and enjoy exchanging with different interfaces.
