The office specializes in client representation and project management and accompanies projects from the competition to realization. Project Manager Client Representation

The spectrum of tasks. You assume the representation of the client in demanding projects on an overarching, strategic level. You independently advise clients in their project ventures, steer the projects strategically at the various decision-making levels, and lead the planner and realization team with assertiveness and high architectural understanding. You are responsible for achieving the objectives of the client, the management of quality management, procurement, and the control of risk management. The phase-appropriate monitoring of costs, schedules, and quality is a matter of course for you. Knowledge in process design is an advantage. You negotiate independently with authorities and possess skill in moderation processes with clients, planners, and contractors. You always receive support from the management and do not hesitate to claim this option if necessary. The minimum workload for this versatile task is 80%.

Your profile. You are a proven construction specialist with training as an architect or civil engineer, possess several years of experience on the client side, and have already independently led projects to success in Switzerland. You are used to making decisions responsibly and expeditiously. Your profound knowledge of the Swiss market enables you to communicate understandably and professionally with all stakeholders. You are strong in leadership, upright, and a responsible team player.
