Your tasks

• You design, plan, and implement internal and external communication measures.
• You research and prepare content editorially and design and control content in different channels (Corporate Newsroom).
• You participate in the development of modern communication strategies and concepts and contribute your own ideas.
• You support the communications management, the specialist departments, and the directorate with demanding communicative tasks.
• You take on tasks in media and public relations, particularly regarding the opening and operation of asylum accommodations and responding to concerns from civil society.

Your profile

• Degree from a university of applied sciences in corporate or marketing communications or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience and proven knowledge in the planning, coordination, and implementation of communication measures; experience in media work and Corporate Newsrooms is an advantage
• Knowledge of public relations in politically influenced contexts as well as in dealing with change processes; ideally, additional specialist knowledge and professional experience in the areas of asylum, migration, integration, or social assistance
• Experience in marketing communications and brand development as well as in the setup of an intranet is an advantage
• Holistic way of thinking with strong entrepreneurial and political understanding
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
