Tasks You independently process misdemeanor proceedings in the area of the StGB and secondary criminal law You issue orders on your own responsibility, after receiving the signing authority granted by the City Council You conduct objection proceedings, represent cases before the cantonal court instances, and take legal remedies if necessary You conduct interrogations personally. A legal specialist stands by your side for this as well as for administrative/organizational activities You provide legal information internally and externally and, on a rotating basis with your team colleagues, take on the duty as a responsible daily jurist Profile Completed university degree in law (MLaw), attorney patent an advantage Sound knowledge of criminal and criminal procedural law, practical experience in processing criminal cases, and preferably professional experience in an administrative law environment Diplomatic skill in connection with assertiveness, to successfully and resource-consciously implement your will to prosecute Joy in taking on responsibility and the same joy in finding optimal solutions in mutual exchange with colleagues Humor, optimism, and a positive view of people We offer a field of activity with meaning and external impact, in which you can contribute your strengths.
