• Holistic and needs-oriented advice for customers in the areas of basic products, savings, numbers, investing and pension planning
• Service and comprehensive customer service at our advisory counter
• Active cross-selling in all products including fund savings
• Identification of needs and referral of customers to the responsible specialist advisors
• Proactive implementation of sales and market development measures
