At Aventin, in the heart of Zürich, we accompany around 120 older people with great commitment and team spirit in different forms of living, from individual living to living with care to assisted living for people with dementia. For our hospitality department, we are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented personality. Depending on experience and interest, the focus of the function lies in service or in the laundry. At the same time, you bring the willingness to cooperate across departments and to contribute to a well-maintained, hospitable environment with your commitment. Hospitality Specialist 80-100% (w/m/d) Your tasks vary depending on the focus. In the restaurant and service area: Service in the dining room during main meals Looking after guests in the cafeteria and at events Sale of various products Operating the cash register including daily accounting Ensuring a well-maintained, hospitable atmosphere In the hospitality, housekeeping and laundry area: Cooperation in the laundry Professional processing and provision of laundry Independent performance of cleaning work in the apartments Cleaning work in various areas and departments Plant care and shared responsibility for a well-maintained appearance of the premises What you bring: EBA training desired, experience in the area of gastronomy / kitchen is a prerequisite Good communication skills; good German skills High customer orientation and good manners Ability to handle conflict and criticism as well as good teamwork skills High flexibility and resilience Our reward to you: With us, teamwork and a pleasant working atmosphere come first.
