Die Schenkung Dapples is an open, diverse, forward-oriented institution in the city of Zürich with a modular offering for vocational preparation, vocational training, and socio-pedagogical living forms for adolescents and young adults up to 25 years. In all areas, we work with the methodology of competence orientation (KOSS).  For our day residents and for socio-pedagogical family support, we are looking for as of 01. August 2026 or by arrangement a Social Worker HFS/FH (60 % - 80 %) ##  We desire a person with strong character and a sense of responsibility who enjoys working with adolescents and their family systems. You share responsibility for a lively, demanding field of work and can creatively help shape this with initiative and a large dose of humor. You have worked in the youth sector and in family support and are able to support the adolescents in day living as well as their families in achieving their goals as the case-leading reference person.  You are a cheerful, team-oriented personality and have completed training in social pedagogy. Flexibility and perseverance as well as a touch of serenity in dealing with the adolescents and their family systems are just as important to you as cooperation with internal and external agencies. Furthermore, you possess a confident oral and written manner of expression.  We offer you varied and demanding work with scope for action and design as well as many opportunities for further education. The beautiful grounds of our youth home are located in a central location. The employment conditions correspond to the cantonal guidelines.
