In this versatile position, you are responsible for the introduction of new integral Facility Management mandates or for the reorganization of existing mandates. You act as a project manager between calculation, sales, and the operational organizational units. In doing so, you ensure the smooth process for the operational start of the mandate. What awaits you Project management during the implementation of new and integral mandates, from planning to project completion Steering all tasks and processes within the project and active participation in ongoing projects Responsibility for the qualitative and financial results of the projects Coordinating and leading internal and external meetings Supporting and looking after customers and internal employees during all project phases as the main contact person Support with tenders, offers, and documentation Training and accompanying operational employees to ensure a smooth mandate start What you bring with you Several years of experience in project management Several years of professional experience in Facility Management is an advantage Project management certification (IPMA, PMP) is an advantage Strong customer and service orientation Independent and structured way of working Flexibility regarding project-related deployment locations in Zürich and Eastern Switzerland Driver's license Cat.
