Tasks ###

• Processing incoming emergency calls and inquiries
• Responsible and timely operational management
• Complete and uniform case documentation on the mission control system
• Operation of the systems of the respective special services
• Cooperation with partners in incident management

Profile ###

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Police Officer or certificate as well as several years of front-line experience as a Police Officer
• Independent and self-responsible way of working with decision-making ability in unclear situations and under pressure
• Good handling of diversity
• Willingness to learn (applications, operational organization, processes etc.) as well as good IT user skills and quick comprehension
• Networked and company-wide thinking, teamwork skills, and ability to cooperate
• Readiness for shift work
• Good expression in spoken and written German, foreign language skills desired
• Impeccable reputation
