Our banking and financial market team advises banks, insurance companies, asset managers and other financial service providers as well as other companies on financing, capital market transactions or regulatory matters. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated paralegal immediately or by arrangement.

As a paralegal, you support financing transactions for banks or industrial companies, draft and review documentation for investment products and other financing instruments, accompany the issuance of these products and their listing on a stock exchange, assist with licensing procedures for financial institutions or other proceedings before FINMA, courts or other authorities, clarify legal questions in this context and you independently carry out commercial register procedures (incorporations, amendments to articles of association, mutations, etc.).

You enjoy precise work, exciting legal issues and have additional legal training (e.g. CAS Paralegal or BSc in Business Law). You want to deal with an international clientele and demanding subject matter, think analytically and find suitable solutions. Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience in a comparable role and are proficient in German and English.
