We are a renowned, Switzerland-wide active real estate company that heavily manages properties of the Pensimo Gruppe, and we are looking for a committed and experienced Commercial Real Estate Manager (80% - 100%) for the Zürich branch in the commercial real estate sector.
In cooperation with a clerk, you will manage a portfolio of commercial properties, mainly in the Canton of Zürich.
Your area of responsibility
You manage and care for your commercial real estate portfolio professionally
You develop management strategies and implement them
You negotiate lease agreements and conclude them
You coordinate maintenance and modernization measures
You prepare the annual real estate budget
You control service charge and annual statements
You maintain active contact with customers/owners
You provide functional leadership to a clerk
You represent the owners before judicial authorities

What you bring for these tasks
Several years of experience as a real estate manager, including at least one year of experience with a focus on the commercial real estate sector
Further training as a Real Estate Manager with eidg. FA is mandatory
You have sound specialist knowledge, especially in tenancy law and real estate maintenance
You have a confident appearance and good manners
You possess negotiation skills and assertiveness
You have a sense of responsibility and organizational skills
You have a high quality awareness and a high service mentality
Your German language skills are at native speaker level
Good IT skills with (GREM, M365) and a car driver's license round off your profile
