What you move ### • Support as well as responsible and solution-oriented accompaniment of young people with socially difficult backgrounds, to promote them from the entry to the exit of their internship • Ensuring individual support measures in demanding situations as well as the corresponding documentation of performance developments • Support, advice and relief for the internship companies in accompanying the young people • Interdisciplinary cooperation as well as coordination between the various parties involved (parents, school, company, ext. contact persons, referring agencies) What you bring ### • Several years of professional experience in the areas of coaching/accompaniment/cooperation of young people with socially difficult backgrounds • Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) in Social Work, Pedagogy, Psychology or comparable training • High flexibility & willingness for travel activities within the Einsatzgebiet Ostschweiz and Zürich • High empathy and social competence (teamwork skills, contact, conflict and communication competence) • High affinity for accompanying and developing young people • Knowledge in the area of the Swiss education system and vocational basic training • High personal responsibility, independence & self-organization • German (fluent), French (advantageous)
