Real Estate Manager (60-100%)

For our client – a renowned, tradition-rich Swiss large enterprise with modern structures – we are looking for two motivated real estate professional personalities to strengthen our approximately 12-member management team in Zürich-West.

In this role, you are the heart of portfolio management. You manage exciting commercial and operational real estate as well as residential properties in the Zurich economic area and take over management from A to Z:

• You hold the reins – from market-compliant initial and re-letting to proactive vacancy management.
• As a confident owner's representative, you are in daily exchange with tenants, caretaker services, craft businesses, and authorities. You build strong relationships and resolve concerns in a solution-oriented manner.
• During periodic inspections, you maintain an overview, write professional condition assessments, and carry out tenant changes and property handovers confidently.
• You look after (co-)ownership properties and represent the owner's interests at meetings and sessions.
• You ensure structural and contractual maintenance and actively participate in exciting renovation and refurbishment projects.

Qualifications

• You have at least 5 years of sound professional experience in independent real estate management (commercial and mixed portfolios are an advantage).
• A federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) as a Real Estate Manager.
• You express yourself in German with stylistic confidence and negotiation skills (other foreign languages are not required).
• You are an organizational talent with high social competence, negotiation skills, and enjoyment of working in a team.
