Senior Microsoft 365 Workplace Engineer (56365) Task For a customer, we are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Workplace Engineer for temporary support of IT operations. The focus of this position is on the operational operation of a modern Microsoft 365 workplace environment and collaboration in an ongoing project. In this function, you will work closely with the internal client support and the external implementation partner. You will process incidents and changes, coordinate technical tasks, and ensure clean documentation of open points. Your tasks also include the support of Windows 11 clients and Microsoft 365 services, support in client and workplace support, and participation in the optimization and further development of the Modern Workplace environment. In addition, you will support administrative tasks in the Microsoft 365 environment as well as smaller automations and evaluations. Requirements Several years of professional experience in the Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace environment Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 In-depth experience in client and workplace support Experience in processing incidents and changes Independent, structured, and hands-on oriented way of working Advantageous Experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management Knowledge of Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Entra ID Experience with Windows Autopilot Knowledge of Fortigate or Zscaler Experience with Microsoft Copilot or Microsoft 365 Copilot PowerShell knowledge for simple automations and administrative tasks Project duration 3 months with the option to extend.
