We are looking for a motivated Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) 80-100% from 01.10.2026 or by agreement, who enjoys taking responsibility and accompanying our patients with professional competence and empathy. YOUR TASKS ## Administration/Organisation: • Independent organisation of the day-to-day business including patient appointment planning • Telephone and patient reception • Organisation and implementation of private and thyroid outpatient clinics as well as participation in the personal medical service (e.g. correspondence, documentation and patient management, case recording, report processing) • Recording of services for outpatient and inpatient consultations • Support for our doctors in administrative tasks for outpatients/inpatients Medical activity: • Carrying out basic medical examinations (venous blood sampling, EKG, vaccinations, vital sign control) YOUR PROFILE ## • Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant / Medical Practice Assistant (several years of professional experience an advantage) • Very good knowledge of German spelling and good oral English skills • Secure application of medical terminology and solid IT skills • Organisational talent, team spirit, flexibility and a high sense of responsibility In addition to an attractive workplace on the right side of Lake Zurich, you can expect an inter- and multi-professionally working, well-rehearsed team.
