As Head of Investment Product Management, you will take on a central role in a dynamic and future-oriented environment with this key function and have the strategic responsibility for a central product range of Zürcher Kantonalbank. Become part of our leadership team in product management for the investment and pension business and actively shape the future of the investment business of Zürcher Kantonalbank!

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the strategic positioning of the investment product range over the entire Product Life Cycle
• Further development of the product portfolio along customer needs, market and technology trends, competitive changes as well as regulatory developments to ensure a future-proof and scalable investment offering
• Steering and prioritizing the product and investment portfolio with a focus on customer benefit, growth and profitability
• Orchestrating cross-divisional cooperation with Sales, Investment Solutions, IT, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk as well as internal and external partners
• Representing the division to Senior Management as well as strategic internal and external bodies and convincingly contributing the product perspective to central decisions
• Leading and promoting an organization of around 30 employees across several management levels as well as creating a culture of ownership and continuous development

Your profile

• Completed university degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration or Economics, supplemented by further training such as CFA or CIIA and management training
• Many years of leadership and management experience in a strategically relevant function in the investment or wealth management business, ideally with the leadership of leaders
• In-depth understanding of asset management, investment advisory and execution-only as well as the underlying products, processes, regulatory requirements and value chains
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong ability to combine strategy, customer benefit, technology, profitability and regulatory requirements into a convincing overall picture
• Excellent conceptual and analytical skills as well as the ability to structure complex issues, set clear priorities and consistently translate them into results
• Outstanding communication skills and a confident appearance, also towards stakeholders at C-Level
• Authentic, visionary and appreciative leadership personality who inspires, promotes and motivates the team to strong performance
