Our client is an internationally active company with long-standing market presence in Switzerland. To support the HR team during a maternity cover, we are looking for a committed HR professional who combines operational excellence with a service-oriented way of working.

Job Description ##

• Management of administrative HR processes from entry to exit
• Support of the entire recruitment process including job publications, interview coordination, as well as onboarding
• Ensuring timely payroll processing in cooperation with external payroll service providers
• Processing of changes relevant to wages and social insurance
• Advising employees and managers on labor law and personnel-related issues
• Organization and coordination of absences such as illness, accident, maternity, paternity, or military service
• Preparation of employment contracts, confirmations, certificates, and other HR documents
• Maintenance and ensuring of data quality within the HR systems
• Participation in HR projects in the areas of Talent Management, Employer Branding, and employee development
• Support in the supervision of apprentices and relevant administrative processes

The Successful Applicant ##

• Completed commercial or comparable basic training
• Federal Diploma of Higher Education as HR Specialist
• Several years of experience in a generalist HR function
• Sound knowledge of payroll processes and wage administration
• Very good knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law
• Business fluent German skills
• English and/or French is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and precise way of working
• Organizational talent
• Strong communication and team-oriented personality
