Job description:

• Support of Dell desktops, laptops, and Wyse Thin Clients
• Endpoint Management with ManageEngine Endpoint Central
• Patching, software distribution, and configuration management
• Support of Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, and Active Directory
• Support of the VMware Horizon VDI environment
• Working with Trend Micro, Veeam, and Microsoft App Volumes
• Support of network services such as InfoBlox / DDI

Our customer is a leading Swiss company with a large, business-critical IT environment and a strong focus on secure and reliable workplace technologies.

Requirements:

• Completed technical training in the field of computer science or comparable qualification; a university degree is not required
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Workplace Engineering, End-User Computing, or a comparable role
• Good knowledge of Windows 11, Windows Server, and Active Directory
• Experience with endpoint management solutions such as ManageEngine Endpoint Central or comparable tools
• Experience with VMware Horizon or VDI environments
• Experience with Dell hardware and Thin Clients is an advantage
• Knowledge of Trend Micro, Veeam, App Volumes, or InfoBlox is an advantage
• Very good German skills
