An experienced leadership personality is sought who is responsible for the operational process and drives the further development of guest service and internal processes Restaurantleitung ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Leadership and coordination of the service team in daily restaurant and banquet operations • Operational responsibility for smooth processes in à-la-carte, event and banquet business • Ensuring a constantly high guest experience in direct service contact • Planning, organization and execution of events and banquets • Banquets assistance in the development and adjustment of the menu as well as the wine selection • Responsibility for the execution and control of the monthly F&B inventory • Ensuring compliance with quality standards as well as defined operational processes Qualifications & Competencies • Completed training in gastronomy, ideally in the service area • Several years of experience in a leading function in a restaurant and/or hotel environment • Leadership experience as well as strong organizational skills • Resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality with high commitment • Distinctive hosting qualities and professional appearance in guest contact • Very good dialect and German skills, in spoken and written form Opportunities & Perspectives You will take on a responsible leadership function in a traditional business with clear positioning in the upscale segment.
