Controller/in mbA 80 - 100% # The Health Directorate of the Canton of Zürich ensures high-quality and secure healthcare. The Finance Department in the General Secretariat is responsible for the financial management of the directorate and the accounting. In addition, it is responsible for the area of individual premium reductions (IPV) and verifies the correct use of the allocated state contributions through state contribution audits. For the department, we are looking for a/n Controller/in mbA as of 1 October 2026. Together with the Head of Controlling, you will take over the financial management of the Health Directorate and further develop the controlling. Your tasks ### • Creation of budget and financial plans in cooperation with the offices • Support with the annual financial statements and creation of the annual report • Performance of analyses, business assessment of the results and preparation of financial decision-making bases • Further development of reporting appropriate to the stakeholder groups.  • Further development of the Business Partnering function for the various contact persons in the Health Directorate • Preparation of applications for the directorate management and the Government Council and preparation of financial matters for the parliamentary commissions. • Management and further development of a cost and performance accounting (KLR) • Participation in the digitalization and standardization of the controlling area. • Collaboration on other projects and support for the management in various controlling topics Your profile ### You have a university degree in finance or a comparable qualification and bring several years of experience in controlling. You are used to dealing with contact persons at various levels. We are looking for a committed and team-oriented personality with a high sense of responsibility and a very independent and result-oriented way of working. Experience with the financial processes of an administration as well as good SAP knowledge are a plus, but not mandatory.
