Tasks & Challenges

• Implementation and introduction of the real estate tool
• Project and sub-project management
• Consulting and support for customers
• Analyzing processes
• Resolving problems
• Interface between management and IT

Qualifications & Competencies

• Completed business administration further education HF/FH or further education for the professional certificate as Real Estate Manager
• Several years of professional experience as a Real Estate Manager
• Proficient knowledge of the processes and workflows in the real estate sector
• Independent, solution-oriented and reliable way of working
• Service-oriented and communicative
• Proficient IT skills (ERP knowledge), Abacus mandatory
• Proficient German language skills
