You bring the following requirements: Basic technical training in the area of HLKSE Professional experience with HLKSE systems and in maintenance Good IT user skills Very good German skills in speaking and writing Experience with ticketing systems is an advantage Enjoyment of exchange with various customers/suppliers Independent way of working and organization Entrepreneurial thinking and acting Participation in the on-call service Possession of a valid driver's license Cat.
