Senior Consultant (80–100 %) with perspective on partnership (m/f/d) Berinfor is an owner-managed consulting company that has specialized in universities, colleges, libraries and research organizations for over 20 years. We advise and accompany our clients in strategy development, in organizational development, in successfully shaping change processes, in project management and in themes of digitalization. To strengthen our team and to further develop our market presence, we are looking for you. Your tasks: You lead demanding projects of different sizes and complexity in the areas of strategy, organization, processes, governance and digitalization. Together with the partners, you will further develop the market position, the service portfolio and the market appearance of Berinfor in the higher education sector of the DACH region. You design and moderate workshops, develop analyses and models, create reports, presentations and strategy concepts and accompany their implementation. You acquire consulting mandates, maintain existing customer relationships and open up new contacts in the higher education and research environment. You represent Berinfor through specialist contributions, lectures as well as active participation in conferences and events. Your profile: You quickly build trust at all levels of an organization and establish long-term, resilient relationships with clients, partners and other stakeholders. You have several years of professional experience in consulting or in responsible roles in transformation and change projects. You have sound knowledge of the higher education, research or science landscape and know its specific challenges, structures and framework conditions. You have a resilient network in the higher education, research or science environment and are able to independently develop and win new consulting mandates from it. You have experience in the acquisition, development and execution of consulting mandates. You have sound project management competencies and lead demanding projects independently to success. You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and communicate in German and English with stylistic confidence, appropriately for the target group and convincingly, both in writing and orally. Additional language skills in French or Italian are welcome. You have high social competence and move confidently among different stakeholder groups. You want to take on entrepreneurial responsibility and actively shape the future development of Berinfor. You are willing to travel regularly within Switzerland as well as occasionally in Germany and Austria.
