We are looking for our branch in Zürich, starting immediately or by arrangement, for a Real Estate Clerk 100% What you will do In this versatile function, you will support the real estate managers in all administrative and organizational matters of property management. You will actively participate in the entire rental process, from the creation of offers to the processing of terminations, to the drafting of rental agreements and the publication of advertisements. In addition, you will be in regular contact with tenants, caretakers, and craft businesses, and you will handle varied correspondence as well as telephone inquiries. The processing of accounts payable as well as other administrative tasks in connection with real estate management round off your versatile field of activity.
