Our sports office team of around 1'400 employees is constantly on the move - and you are right in the middle of it! To strengthen our motivated team, we are looking for a limited support for a responsible personality who enjoys a varied HR administration, starting immediately or by agreement. Tasks You take over the responsibility for all administrative tasks in your assigned area. You work closely with the responsible HR Business Partners and secure mutual representation in the team. You record and maintain personnel and salary data in SAP HCM and work with various HR subsystems such as SuccessFactors (SF), PULS, Planik, Swiss+ and E3 (time recording system). You support the HR Business Partners in the recruitment process by taking over the pre-selection and applicant management. You advise and support employees in all administrative HR topics. Profile Completed commercial training (federal certificate of competence EFZ or equivalent) and further training in human resources (at least federal HRM specialist certificate) Several years of professional experience in HR administration, ideally in a public administration - or in a comparable environment Knowledge of HR systems such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and E3 time recording system Distinct organizational skills and a precise, structured and timely working method High service orientation and team ability.
