REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT ANALYST (M / W) 80 - 100 %

In this versatile function, you will work closely with the Head of Real Estate and take on a central role at the interface of real estate strategy, investment, and transactions. You will analyze investment opportunities, develop decision-making bases, and accompany selected transaction processes. In doing so, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the strategic further development of our real estate portfolio.

Your tasks

• Further development of our real estate and acquisition strategy in close cooperation with the Head of Real Estate and the Transaction Manager
• Screening and assessment of potential investment opportunities regarding profitability, risk, and strategic fit
• Market and location analyses, especially regarding comparable rents, Cap Rates, transaction benchmarks, and other relevant market data
• Observation of market and competitive developments as well as derivation of relevant insights for the investment and portfolio strategy
• Financial Modelling as well as profitability, scenario, and sensitivity analyses
• Real estate valuations and analysis of due diligence results
• Preparation of investment requests and decision-making bases for the responsible committees
• Coordination of data rooms and accompaniment of selected transaction processes
• Further development of processes, data structures, and instruments in the area of Investment Management

Your profile

• Completed studies (Business Administration, Real Estate Economics, Economic Law, or comparable disciplines)
• 2-5 years of experience in real estate transactions, investment management, real estate research, real estate consulting, or a comparable environment in Switzerland
• Project management experience
• Strong interest in real estate investments and a good understanding of economic contexts
• Good communication skills in German (French as a supplement)
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills as well as a high affinity for numbers
• Very good knowledge of common IT applications (MS Office, especially Excel)
• Committed, independent, and structured way of working, sense of responsibility, reliability, teamwork, and a high willingness to learn
