For our SWATCH Store in Zürich, we are looking for an engaged, reliable and structured personality as Warehouse Assistant 100% per immediately or by arrangement Job description ## Your tasks: • Responsibility for operative goods management and ensuring optimal product availability in the store • Goods receipt including inspection, posting as well as processing of delivery notes, transfers and returns • Ensuring product replenishment based on sales figures and system evaluations • Responsibility for after-sales service including repair processing and material management • Planning and execution of inventories as well as ensuring stock accuracy • Responsibility for material orders and cash management according to the guidelines • Ensuring a well-maintained store appearance according to visual merchandising guidelines • Supporting the sales team and the store management in daily operative business • Participation in the optimization of processes as well as compliance with quality and safety standards Profile ## • Completed training in retail, logistics or in the commercial sector • Several years of professional experience in goods management, warehouse logistics or in operative retail • Structured, independent and reliable way of working as well as strong organizational skills • Confident handling of inventory management systems, POS systems and common Microsoft Office applications, combined with a good understanding of sales figures, stock levels and assortment developments • Structured, reliable and independent way of working with strong organizational ability, high sense of responsibility as well as careful handling of high-quality products and compliance with quality, safety and process standards • Service- and customer-oriented, team-oriented and communicative personality with the willingness to flexibly support the sales team and store management in daily operative business and to maintain an overview even with changing priorities Professional requirements ## We are looking for an engaged and reliable personality who feels comfortable in a dynamic, international working environment with high individual responsibility, organizational skills and a structured way of working.
