Internship Proposition Manager

Your future begins here # In this fixed-term university internship (12 months) you will help to analyze customer behavior and market figures and derive measures from them for the further development of the Swisscom private customer offering. You will support the team in cross-organizational projects and take responsibility for your own projects. In doing so, you will learn how offerings are created and help shape entertainment, internet and mobile. You will build a network and work independently in a committed environment. • You will learn how a proposition is created and what to look out for in the design • You will work on the further development of the private customer portfolio with a focus on broadband, mobile and entertainment • You will analyze customer behavior and market figures and implement the measures derived from them • You are responsible for marketing measures for TV and internet boxes based on customer analyses Your skills • Ongoing or recently completed Master's studies (Uni / FH) in the field of marketing, business administration, or business informatics (graduation not longer than one year ago) • Confident handling of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Initial experience in developing offers or events • Quick comprehension as well as a structured and independent way of working • Networked thinking and understanding of business contexts • Enjoyment of telecommunications and technology products such as broadband, mobile and entertainment as well as security • Very good German; French is an advantage With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or in the home office.
