Business Analyst Mobile Banking

Tasks

• Analysis and specification of requirements for the further development and operation of mobile banking apps
• Continuous further development of a stable, secure and customer-oriented mobile banking solution
• Recording of customer needs, functional and regulatory requirements as well as

technological developments in the mobile banking environment

• Stakeholder management, analysis, prioritization and moderation of workshops for functional coordination
• Close cooperation with Product Owners, Software Engineers, Test Engineers, UX/UI Designers, functional specialists and other stakeholders
• Joint development of solution variants
• Accompanying the implementation and supporting testing and error analysis
• Proactive identification of potential for improvement

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Engineer in the field of mobile banking
• Provable experience in the analysis of complex issues, as well as in cooperation with interdisciplinary product teams
• Very good knowledge of requirements engineering and business analysis methodology (User Stories, acceptance criteria, Story Mapping and Backlog Refinement)
• Knowledge of process and data modeling (BPMN, UML) as well as Jira and Confluence
• Experience with agile working methods (Scrum, SAFe)
• Experience with testing, UAT and quality assurance
• Very good German skills

Advantageous

• Experience with User-Centered Design, Discovery and/or Design Thinking

• Very good communication, moderation and stakeholder management skills
• Solution-oriented way of working and strong initiative
