Managing Director (50 - 80%)

Die Genossenschaft Neubühl is a small, family-oriented housing cooperative on the southern outskirts of Zürich. Our listed Werkbundsiedlung is considered an architectural icon of modernity and attracts visitors interested in architecture from all over the world. We are looking for a Managing Director 50 - 80% as of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement. As Managing Director, you will lead our administrative office and are responsible for the operational implementation of the strategies decided by the board. Together with a small team, you will ensure the smooth business operations within the cooperative and be available for the concerns of the cooperative members. For this exciting task with a workload of approx. 50-60%, we are looking for a leader who identifies with the values of a housing cooperative and ideally brings experience in non-profit housing construction. Sound knowledge of finance and accounting as well as personnel management is required. You enjoy contact with people, communicate with stylistic confidence, and are very well organized. Should you also bring knowledge in real estate management and/or construction, we offer a workload of approx. 60-80%.
