For our tax team, we are looking for an experienced person who autonomously manages complex national and international mandates and actively contributes to the development of our consulting. Expert level tax advisor (m/f/d) 80%-100% # Here is what you can accomplish at BE: • You advise and support legal entities as well as their owners in demanding national and international tax matters - for example during business transfers, employee participations, restructurings and transactions. • You support our Corporate Finance team in the execution of Tax Due Diligence. • You draft tax rulings, prepare objections and represent clients before the tax authorities. • You support your colleagues professionally and work in close collaboration with other Business Lines to develop global solutions. • You handle complex tax issues, verify tax returns and check assessments for legal entities and natural persons. • You actively involve yourself in client management and the development of new mandates. • You work actively with our foreign network partners. Your profile is enthusiastic because you • possess a qualification as a certified tax specialist or an equivalent training in tax law. • have extensive practical experience (at least 7 years) in Swiss and international tax law for legal entities and natural persons. • master MS Office with confidence and ideally know Dr. Tax or TaxWare very well. • handle German with stylistic ease and English with confidence in negotiation. • work autonomously, precisely and with a clear vision of solutions. • appreciate both team exchanges and direct contact with your clients.
