Job Description – Kitchen Assistant (40 %) Position: Kitchen Assistant (40 %) Work location: Restaurant Bahnhof Wiedikon Workload: 40 % Working days: Mainly Tuesday and Wednesday (depending on need and agreement) Your tasks: -Support of the kitchen team in the preparation of food (Mise en Place) -Cleaning and care of kitchen utensils, equipment and work surfaces -Dishwashing and compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP) -Assistance in preparing vegetables, salads and other ingredients -Support with general kitchen work and cleaning tasks -Professional disposal of waste and order in the kitchen area Your profile: Experience as a kitchen assistant is an advantage, but not mandatory Reliable, independent and clean way of working Teamwork skills and resilience Good German language skills are an advantage Flexibility and enjoyment of working in a lively gastronomy business We offer: -A pleasant working environment in a motivated team -Regulated working days, mainly Tuesday and Wednesday -Fair employment conditions -Varied activity in a popular restaurant We look forward to your application and to getting to know you.
