To strengthen our vocational trainer team, we are looking for a personality as Vocational Trainer for FaGe Apprentices 70-100% (a) starting immediately or by arrangement YOUR TASKS You accompany, promote, and empower apprentices in their practical and theoretical training, thereby ensuring high-quality training. You regularly conduct training and qualification discussions and support individual learning processes. You work across locations with vocational trainers, training and education managers, team coaches, and nursing teams. You are involved in job fairs, information events at schools, future days, as well as other events. To ensure you stay at the pulse of practice professionally, you supplement your activity with individual nursing assignments.
