Business Analyst - Output Management

• IT - Business Analysis • Zürich Grossraum • Contracting • Full-time • 01.09.2026 - 31.08.2026 • Output Management, Business Analysis Your tasks: • Analysis of the needs and expectations of stakeholders to ensure that all relevant requirements for the output-relevant projects are identified • Creation of precise and understandable requirement documentation that serves as a basis for development and design • Management of requirements and, together with the Product Owner, you set priorities during the entire project cycle to ensure that the most important requirements are implemented • Adaptation of documents and correspondences in the rendering engine SmartComm (formerly Thunderhead) and ensuring that the outputs meet the functional requirements • Clear and open communication with the development teams as well as other stakeholders. You identify foreseeable risks early on and address them transparently and promptly in order to develop effective solutions together • Review and validation of the implemented solutions to ensure that they meet the defined requirements and fulfill the expectations of the stakeholders   Your profile: • Proven professional experience in the field of Output Management with high intrinsic motivation • Experience with the rendering engine SmartComm (formerly Thunderhead) is an advantage • Experience in developing clear and precise requirements • Understanding and analysis of complex problems as well as development of creative solutions for complex challenges • Basic knowledge of IT systems and software development and confident handling of MS Office, Jira, Confluence and Miro • Knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban • The ability to use tools with artificial intelligence (e.g., ChatGPT, Co-Pilot etc.) • Business fluent German and English skills
