In the P&C Retail Private Customers, Market Development & Communication team in the agency sales of Zurich Schweiz, we design target-group-oriented communication for the strategically central sales channels. Our work contributes decisively to ensuring that strategic and operational topics from the headquarters arrive effectively, understandably, and purposefully at our general agencies and the customer advisors. The agency channel is close to the customers and makes an essential contribution to achieving the goals of the BU Schweiz. As part of our team, as a specialist (m/f/d), you will actively help shape sales communication, position the agency sales as a strong channel within Zurich Schweiz, and support executives and stakeholders in achieving their goals with clear, consistent, and effective communication. What awaits you * You help shape the targeted communication strategy for the agency sales. * You ensure coordinated, consistent communication in close cooperation with our cross-channel stakeholders. * You advise executives and business leads on communicative issues, including positioning on specific topics. * You develop relevant messages and communication formats for different stakeholder groups in sales and management. * You maintain the Agentsweb, develop it further, and take responsibility for our newsletter formats. What distinguishes you * A completed degree (university of applied sciences or university) or an equivalent education in the field of communication, marketing, media, or a comparable field. * Several years of experience in strategic and operational communication and/or marketing, ideally in a sales, finance, or insurance environment. * Willingness to take responsibility, set priorities, actively reflect on performance, and continuously develop in the sense of our corporate values. * Independent, structured way of working and enjoyment of collaborating in a team. * Confident communicative skills in German; further language skills in French and Italian are an advantage.
