With our digital project platforms, we support architects, general planners, GU/TU, specialist planners, construction companies, and clients in efficient collaboration throughout the entire project lifecycle. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and service-oriented personality as an Application and Project Specialist for Catenda & Data.Share. Your Mission You are the central contact person for our customers regarding digital project platforms and data management. With your technical understanding, your intuition for customer needs, and your structured way of working, you ensure that our solutions work reliably in everyday project life and create real added value. Your Tasks Set up and accompany projects • You set up project rooms in Data.Share as well as project platforms in Catenda according to our customers' requirements. • You structure user rights, folder structures, and project processes. • You manage the platforms throughout the entire project duration and support adjustments. Advise and support customers • You are the first point of contact for users from German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland for technical and professional questions. • You support our customers competently via telephone, email, and Microsoft Teams. • You analyze requirements and develop practical solutions for everyday project life. Conduct training and impart knowledge • You conduct user training and introductions for project teams. • You present our solutions convincingly on-site or online. • You support customers in the introduction of digital working methods and processes. Develop products and services further • You collect customer feedback and identify potential for optimization. • You actively contribute suggestions for improvement to the further development of our services and solutions. • You work closely with internal specialist departments and external software partners. Your Profile You are interested in digital processes in construction, enjoy working with people, and find pleasure in accompanying technical issues in an understandable and solution-oriented manner. What you bring with you • Completed vocational training, ideally in construction or a related environment (e.g., Zeichner/-in EFZ specialization architecture or civil engineering, Bauleiter/-in, Techniker/-in HF, commercial training in construction, or comparable qualification) • Experience in dealing with digital platforms or software solutions • High IT affinity as well as enjoyment of data structures and digital processes • Independent, exact, and structured way of working • Strong customer and service orientation • Very good German and French skills, both spoken and written Advantageous • Experience with platforms such as Catenda, Data.Share, Dalux, Smino, or comparable solutions • Knowledge of planning, construction, or real estate projects • Additional national languages What we offer you Working at the pulse of digital transformation You support exciting construction and real estate projects in the introduction and use of modern digital working methods.
