Business Analyst - BMP / Platform Migration

• IT - Business Analysis • Zürich Grossraum • Contracting • Full-time • 01.09.2026 - 6 months ++ • Business Analysis, Output Management, Platform Migration, BMP Your tasks: • Accompanying the migration from an existing inventory management platform to a new target platform from the perspective of Output Management • Analysis of existing processes and requirements from a functional perspective and definition of the business requirements for the new target platform • Creation of precise and understandable requirement documentation that serves as a basis for technical implementation • You act as an interface between the Output team and the project managers and ensure that the output-relevant requirements are mapped in the target platform. • Clear and open communication with the development team as well as other stakeholders. In doing so, you recognize foreseeable risks early and address them transparently within the team to develop effective solutions together • Review and validation of the implemented solutions to ensure that they meet the defined requirements and guarantee a smooth migration   Your profile: • Professional experience in the field of Output Management or in projects for the new introduction of systems with high intrinsic motivation • Ideally experience with the construction or introduction of inventory management systems • Experience in the development of clear and precise requirements • BMP / Platform Migration experience  • Understanding and analysis of complex problems as well as development of creative solutions for complex challenges • Basic knowledge of IT systems and software development and confident handling of MS Office, Jira, Confluence and Miro • Knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban • The ability to use tools with artificial intelligence (e.g. ChatGPT, Co-Pilot etc.) • Business fluent German and English skills
