Technical Janitor

We are looking in the canton of Zürich for a Technical Janitor for our customer. Your tasks You monitor the technical facilities. You are responsible for the maintenance and repair of the rental objects. You coordinate and accompany external companies for service, cleaning and maintenance work. You process tenant concerns in cooperation with other departments. You are responsible for maintenance and repair tasks as part of apartment takeovers. You perform various administrative tasks such as accounting, repair notifications, housing budgets, etc. You perform four to five weeks of standby service per year. You work in a mutual deputy function in a team of two in a newly created housing estate and will be trained there using a business concept. Your profile You have a technical basic training, preferably as a sanitary or heating installer, and ideally supplemented by further training as a federally certified janitor and an NIV-15 training. You bring several years of experience as a technical janitor and have proven practice in the independent execution of repairs in the tenant environment. You possess a category B driver's license. You work in a structured manner, are in good physical condition and work independently, reliably and responsibly. You ensure a well-maintained appearance of the housing estate with a trained eye and make an important contribution to the preservation of the value of our properties. You appear friendly, service-oriented and binding in daily contact with our residents. You support your colleagues as a team player. You perform administrative tasks routinely thanks to your very good German and MS Office skills.
