For a retirement home in Zürich, we are looking for a health specialist 80-100% immediately or by agreement, who contributes to a high quality of life for our residents with commitment, expertise and empathy. Tasks: • Nursing & care of residents according to nursing guidelines • Medicines & medical techniques applied properly • Nursing documentation & nursing needs managed in CareCoach / RAI • Taking over daily responsibility & coaching the team • Processing concerns of residents and relatives in a professional manner • Contributing to quality management & training of learners Profile: • FaGe EFZ training • Enjoyment of long-term care & daily responsibility • Team spirit, organizational talent & heart for people • Very good German language skills Interested?
