Our client is a senior center in Switzerland dedicated to the professional care and nursing of elderly people. With a committed, multiprofessional team, the facility offers an environment in which the individual needs of the residents are the central focus. To strengthen the nursing team, we are looking for a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/DN2 (60-100 %) immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks

• Assumption of daily responsibilities according to defined competencies
• Ensuring needs-based care in consultation with interdisciplinary teams
• Taking on professional responsibility in the assigned area of competence
• Ensuring nursing care in the residential area of the residents
• Coordination of organizational processes within the responsible area

Your profile

• Completed training in nursing with a recognized diploma required
• Practical experience in the field of long-term care is an advantage
• German language skills at level B2 in speaking and writing
• Service orientation towards various groups of people and stakeholders
• Warmhearted interaction with elderly people in need of care
• Openness to intercultural encounters and a respectful attitude
• Team-oriented and goal-oriented way of working with high motivation
