(Exclusive) Project Manager Operations Pharma (m/f)

On direct mandate for our client, a globally active, renowned pharma service provider based in Zürich Nord (central station location, additionally the place of work is optionally possible up to 100% in home office), we are looking for per immediately or by arrangement a (Exclusive) Project Manager Operations Pharma (m/f) # In this varied function, you are part of the Corporate Project Management Team and undertake versatile activities as a Project Manager at the interface to the international health insurance customers (especially US companies) as well as the pharma producers located there. You are the competent contact person regarding project management for various projects. For example, client onboarding projects including developing the detailed project plan for individual client onboarding (timelines, key deliverables, communication, resources etc.) and accompanying the customers until the operational handover to the respective Account Managers. You advise the companies in onboarding regarding cooperation agreements with pharma manufacturers, as well as service and contract contents, and ensure the optimal SLA/service quality in the service delivery for your Key Accounts. Furthermore, you take on projects in the area of technical integration (platforms/databases of the company) or projects in the area of corporate processes (e.g., process optimization in sales/account management), which you also accompany from A-Z as a Project Manager (including project plan and implementation). Here, you work closely with your internal colleagues/stakeholders (e.g., Account Management, Marketing, Legal, IT etc.). To be successful in this responsible task, you bring higher education such as in business administration, Project Management and/or Relationship Mgt. Specific project management certifications (e.g. PMP, IPMA etc.) are an advantage. You have several years of practice in comparable positions as a Project Manager (e.g. with project focus in Account Management, Customer Services/Customer Relation Mgt or Corporate/IT projects), which you have ideally gained in the healthcare/pharma or health insurance environment. Important are especially proven strengths/practice in project planning and implementation (creating project plans, planning resources, coordinating implementation). Specific practice in Project Management Offices with many interdisciplinary interfaces (IT, Finance, Sales, PM etc.) is, as well as experience from the international environment (e.g. dealing with US customers), an advantage. You bring good German skills (an advantage) as well as business fluent English skills, other languages are an advantage. If you are also a pragmatic, organizationally strong personality who can communicate winningly on all hierarchy levels and also keeps a cool head in hectic times, then we should get to know each other as soon as possible.
