Architect ETH/FH - Project Manager

We are looking for an Architect and Project Manager starting immediately or by arrangement for participation in the implementation of demanding renovation and new construction projects in Zürich and the surrounding area. We value qualitative and carefully worked-out architecture that is site- and use-specific. You have a university degree (ETH, FH or equivalent), very good German skills in speaking and writing, as well as a team-oriented, independent, and structured way of working. Excellent CAD skills (Archicad) and practiced representation in plans and images complete your profile. Experience as an architect in Switzerland and in dealing with clients, authorities, and specialist planning are further desirable requirements. As a Project Manager, you are familiar with leading small and medium-sized projects, appreciate the responsibility of this position, and are committed to the implementation of high architectural quality and the conscious use of resources, time, and budget. You have 5 years of professional experience in Switzerland and an exact and independent way of working. Sound knowledge in technical and design implementation as well as proficient use of CAD Archicad/BIM as well as very good German skills are required.
