Polymechanic with leadership experience CNC team lead

Activity + Operational management of production with overall responsibility for the CNC machining area + Planning, control and monitoring of capacity and fine planning + Ensuring timely and economical production + Optimization of throughput times, processes and resource utilization + Responsibility for compliance with quality, safety and productivity goals + Leadership, deployment planning and further development of employees in the production area + Close cooperation with work preparation, design, purchasing and logistics + Continuous improvement of production processes according to Lean principles • Requirements + Completed basic technical training, preferably as a Polymechanic, Production Mechanic or comparable qualification + Further training as a dipl.
