Job Coach

We are looking for a Job Coach (m/f/d), 80-100% ## From November or by arrangement ### We work in the vocational integration of refugees. It is important to us that every person can build an independent future in Switzerland. Committed and efficiently, we develop individual and sustainable entry and educational paths for unaccompanied minors (MNA), youth, and adults. As a Job Coach for the Stiftung Futuri, you will accompany and support the program participants according to their needs based on the concepts of Supported Education (SEd), Supported Employment (SE), and Supported Transition (ST). Your tasks ### • Collection of educational background, professional experience, interests, and goals (application of tests if necessary) • Research of suitable entry paths, professional fields, and/or training • Individual, person-centered counseling and accompaniment of participants at eye level • Acquisition of trial apprenticeships, internships, and (apprenticeship) positions in the primary labor market • Occasional support and accompaniment of shared living accommodations for unaccompanied minor refugees in cooperation with the responsible residential coach • Responsibility for the entire integration process Your competencies ### • Training in the social sector or a related training • Several years of professional experience in the social sector, preferably in the vocational integration of refugees • Knowledge of the Swiss vocational training system and the labor market • Resource-oriented and person-centered basic attitude, including coaching experience • Very good communication skills in various contexts and with different stakeholder groups • Commitment, flexibility, resilience, creativity, reflection competence, frustration tolerance • Ability to maintain an overview and set priorities We offer ### • A versatile, exciting, and meaningful task with people from different countries • Individual responsibility, creative freedom, and working in flat hierarchies in a warm, humorous team • An open culture, characterized by fairness, honesty, and transparency • Attractive employment conditions with generous holiday regulations, flexibility in working time design, public transport discounts, and other benefits
