You take charge of operational planning, monitoring and controlling deadlines, costs, procurement and risks - thereby contributing significantly to the success of the projects. Your main tasks • Responsibility for the long, medium and short-term planning of procurement arising from projects • Monitoring the timely implementation of specifications • Preparation and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI) related to deadlines, investments and quality • Verification and validation of financial planning as well as schedule planning in projects • Control of risk assessments to ensure completeness and a uniform assessment • Support for order management of framework agreements and mini-tenders • Control of order volumes and ensuring correct billing to the projects Your profile • Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering or economics • At least 3 years of practical experience as a Project Management Lead or in administrative support to project managers on large projects • Ideally, sector knowledge in the electricity/energy sector or in other infrastructure areas • Good knowledge of electrical technology, power transmission and distribution systems is an asset • Very good skills in MS Office, SAP as well as in project management tools • Strong analytical skills, structured and solution-oriented way of working • Excellent social and communication skills - even in demanding situations • Very good command of German (native language); advanced knowledge in French or Italian as well as in English What we offer • Exciting and varied activity in a dynamic environment with demanding infrastructure projects • Direct collaboration with experienced project managers Start date: from October / November 2026 Working time: 80-100% Workplace: region of Zurich / canton of Aargau Please send your complete application documents to jobs@kurath.ch.
