Holistic Product Designer 100% (w/d/m) In this role, you are responsible from the first sketch to the final production for the development of innovative bags and accessories. Our purpose is "We Think and Act in Cycles": You combine demanding, contemporary aesthetics with uncompromising functionality and create products that have a real impact. Through your holistic design understanding, you actively promote the topic of sustainability and circular economy (Circularity) and move smoothly through all levels of the design process. Your mission: You design new products in the category of bags and accessories - from the first creative concept to market readiness and series production. You apply holistic design processes, design-thinking methods, and circular design guidelines to develop products that keep materials in the cycle for as long as possible. You work closely with the team and with interfaces such as the Creative Director, Product Management, and the Prototyping and Sourcing Teams. You visualize your ideas sovereignly from the first analog sketch to 3D modeling to the finished, physical prototype. You analyze market movements, trends, new innovations, and specific user needs and let these insights flow directly into your designs. You support the entire Holistic Design Team in all aspects of research, creation, and product development. You are happy to lend a hand in everyday life and ensure that our studio, the bag archive, and the material library remain top organized and inspiring. Your backpack You bring a completed Bachelor's degree or a comparable qualification in the field of fashion, product, or industrial design with at least 2 years of experience. You understand the development and production of products in detail and have specific knowledge of the construction and processing of bags or clothing. You are passionate about contemporary aesthetics, design history, modern brands, and cultural trends - and have a deep passion for sustainable and circular design. You are a proactive, creative mind: You think in solutions, understand functional problem statements, and are eager to design products for a better future. You are a organizational talent, work highly structured, always keep an overview, and are characterized by your strong and open communication. You master visualization through sketches and early prototyping as well as 3D modeling and have a proactive hands-on mentality. You communicate both in German and English with absolute negotiating security.
