The Brunau-Stiftung has been offering services for people with special support needs since 1956. It employs around 50 employees, trains over 75 apprentices annually (KV, logistics and ICT) and offers sheltered workplaces for more than 30 people. Through customer orders and internships in the 1st labor market, the apprentices are prepared for the working world and are accompanied by practical trainers and job coaches. IV-supported trainees can make use of socially pedagogical supervised or accompanied residential offers. The Giesshübel-Office has sheltered office workplaces for persons with an IV pension who exhibit a functional impairment. Your main tasks
Responsible for First- and Second-Level Support
Maintenance and further development of the LAB-Environment
Communication with external bodies (ICT service providers, teachers, IV vocational counselors, etc.)
Participation in meetings with parents, teachers, IV vocational counselors, etc.
IT project management
Responsible for the professional training of the approx. 8 assigned apprentices incl. use of all necessary leadership and control instruments (absences, learning objectives, etc.)
Verification and compliance with learning/training objectives as well as the training plans according to the specifications of the educational regulations
Creation of qualification and assessment reports.
Definition and discussion of necessary support measures with the assigned apprentices
Responsible for primary case management as a direct contact person
Personnel management and assessment of 2 employees

Your profile
Completed EFZ training in the ICT sector with several years of professional experience or an equivalent qualification with many years of practical experience in the ICT environment
Experience in training apprentices with disabilities is an advantage
Flexible, reliable, empathetic, conflict-capable and resilient personality
Excellent communicative and analytical skills
Good oral and written German skills, English skills are an advantage
