With your analytical view, you always keep an overview of parallel projects. Together with our marketing experts, you deepen your knowledge in the channels Newsletter Marketing, SMA, SMM, SEO, and SEA. You combine the data-driven performance world with your creative streak for excellent advertising messages and aesthetics. Your tasks – Here you develop into a professional: Campaign management: You support the creation and coordination of our seasonal online marketing campaigns (on- & offsite). Brand cooperations: You communicate directly with our partner brands to successfully launch joint campaigns. Content & Assets: You create high-quality creative assets (texts, images, videos) independently – using modern KI tools intensively and refining the results in Photoshop if necessary. Analysis & Reporting: You create internal and external reports, analyze performance, and derive optimization measures. Team support: You support the marketing team in day-to-day operations and strategic projects. Your profile – This is what you bring: Education: You are currently pursuing a degree / further education (Marketing, Communication, Business Administration) or have recently completed your degree. Basic knowledge: You have basic theoretical or practical experience in Newsletter Marketing or Social Media (Facebook/Instagram) with Meta Ads. Text talent: You have a great affinity and talent for writing advertising texts and content. Understanding of numbers: Google Analytics is not a foreign word to you, and you understand the basic basics of marketing KPIs. Language skills: You have excellent German and English skills in word and writing (one of the two languages is your mother tongue). You also have good knowledge of Austrian German to move safely in the market. Mindset: You are an organizational talent, have a high willingness to learn, and work best directly on site with the team.
