What awaits you

As a junior IT consultant, you assume responsibilities at APP from the very beginning. You perform analyses and support project managers in the development of IT requirements and the creation of solution proposals. In a team, you develop concepts and define process and IT requirements. Once the adequate solution is found, you participate in the design and architecture and accompany our clients until successful implementation.

Progressively, you take on more responsibility, up to managing entire work packages or a project sub-direction. As a person with entrepreneurial thinking and action, you establish lasting contacts and continuously expand your network. Furthermore, you have the possibility to actively contribute to APP as a co-entrepreneur and to significantly shape our future.

What we expect

• University degree in business informatics, informatics or engineering
• Initial experience in IT project management, test management, requirements engineering or business analysis
• Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: IT architecture, IT infrastructure, IT security, DevOps, software development
• Preferably experience in public administration, justice, the financial sector or healthcare
• Ability to assimilate quickly, pronounced analytical thinking as well as a creative and pragmatic approach
• Autonomous, structured and solution-oriented way of working, combined with a pleasure of collaborating in a team
• Open and communicative personality with a talent and pleasure for establishing relationships of trust
• Excellent command of written and presentation German. Very good knowledge of English and French is a plus
• Flexibility regarding travel in German-speaking Switzerland
